What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes

Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality product features

Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring it reflects current client needs and business objectives

Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making and optimize the client experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred

Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is essential

Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Trello

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks

Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
