$102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Implement and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory levels and material flow.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
Proven leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop manufacturing teams.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production management software.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proven experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation in manufacturing
Multi-site operations management experience
