We're looking for a dynamic New Services Scheduling Supervisor to lead our team to new heights. As the supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top‑notch service every day. In addition to managing and motivating our team, you'll have the chance to tackle challenging issues, analyze data to drive improvements, and implement innovative solutions that will take our operations to the next level. If you're a go‑getter with strong communication skills, exceptional leadership qualities, and a proven track record in a call center environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
Core Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and resolve customer and team member concerns in a timely fashion.
Coach and train team members on procedures and company values.
Learn and operate within multiple software systems and communicate cross‑departmentally.
Effectively communicate with coworkers, customers and management.
Assist team with all appointment types.
Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance using key metrics such as call quality, response times, customer satisfaction, and adherence to schedules.
Provide regular feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
Mentor new hires, ensuring they are properly onboarded and equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and minimizing downtime.
Other Responsibilities
Manage Termite or TAP routes for inspections, installs, removals, reserve calls, WDI, etc.
Assist customers with Termite or Insulation inquiries.
Monitor support team productivity.
Respond to questions and concerns from team members.
When applicable, participate in cross training within other call center departments.
Assist with non‑recurring tasks as needed.
Occasional customer data entry update tasking.
Provide feedback to improve processes when prompted.
Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent.
Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry, etc.).
Basic understanding of G‑Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets).
Become an expert at PestRoutes – our CRM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
