How You’ll Make an Impact As a Product Manager – Integrations you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of partner integrations. This includes collaborating with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales) to design, build, launch, and iterate integrations that meet our global customers’ diverse needs – from event management and compliance to accounting, POS, and other third‑party systems.

Our small, highly collaborative group is distributed worldwide, giving you real ownership and the freedom to shape solutions and impact the industry.

What You Bring to the Team

Manage and prioritize the Cloudbeds Integrations roadmap.

Act as the Product Owner of a cross‑functional scrum team.

Research and document partner integration requirements, define solutions, and oversee development with internal and external engineers.

Design and build seamless user experiences for third‑party API integrations.

Plan and execute pilots and release plans for each integration.

Collaborate closely with partners, customers, engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales departments.

Define, analyze, and act on metrics that inform the success, iteration, and growth of partner integrations.

What Sets You Up for Success

5+ years proven record delivering SaaS applications that create delightful user experiences.

2+ years experience in a product role for a hospitality product.

Knowledge of regional tax compliance, fiscal reporting, or government‑mandated invoicing requirements (e.g., electronic invoicing, fiscal receipts) in the EU or LATAM.

Proficiency in technical APIs and integration methodologies.

Comprehensive experience across the product development lifecycle: ideation, solution design, adoption goals, project planning, execution, and iteration.

Experience launching new products into market and driving adoption.

Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within a Scrum team.

Strong communication skills with engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluating success.

Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast‑paced environment.

Data‑driven mindset for informed decision‑making.

Bonus Skills to Stand Out

Past experience as a project or product manager for products involving third‑party integrations.

Ability to read and work with API documentation to design integration solutions.

Strong cross‑cultural communication skills.
