How You’ll Make an Impact As a Product Manager – Integrations you will work with cross‑functional teams to build integrations with external systems that meet our global customers’ diverse needs—Event Management, Compliance, Accounting, POS, and more. You’ll partner with customers and accommodation partners to design solutions, coordinate with engineering to build them, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to launch them to market. The ideal candidate is familiar with cross‑platform API connectivity and has experience designing, launching, and scaling new products.

Each Product Manager owns the full lifecycle of an integration—from partner discovery through launch and beyond—giving you real ownership and the freedom to shape solutions. Our small, collaborative, globally distributed group thrives on variety, autonomy, and seeing work go live in properties worldwide.
What You Bring to the Team
You will manage and prioritize the roadmap for Cloudbeds integrations.
Contribute as the Product Owner of a cross‑functional Scrum team.
Research and document partner integration requirements, define solutions and oversee building integrations with internal and external engineers.
Define and build the user experience for integration solutions to provide seamless third‑party API integration.
Plan and execute pilot and release plans for each integration.
Work closely with customers, partners, engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales departments.
Define, analyze, and act on metrics that inform the success, iteration, and growth of partner integrations.
What Sets You Up for Success
5+ years proven record delivering SaaS applications and solutions that leverage technology to create delightful user experiences.
2+ years of experience in a product role for a hospitality product.
Knowledge of regional tax compliance, fiscal reporting, or government‑mandated invoicing requirements (e.g., electronic invoicing, fiscal receipts) in the EU or LATAM.
Proficiency in technical APIs and integration methodology.
Experience with all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, solution design, setting measurable adoption goals, project planning, overall execution, and iteration.
Experience launching new products into a market and growing adoption.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably within a Scrum team.
Strong communication skills with engineers and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Attention to detail in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluating success.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast‑paced environment.
Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions.
Bonus Skills to Stand Out
Past experience as a project or product manager for a product involving a third‑party integration.
Ability to read and work with API documentation to design integration solutions.
Strong cross‑cultural communication skills.
