Learning Programs Specialist – Fargo, ND
We are hiring a
Learning Programs Specialist
for our Fargo, ND office! This person will be responsible for facilitating training and learning programs, including Professional Development Opportunities and Leadership Assessments, and will assist with organizational and project‑specific training needs by collaborating with the Learning & Leadership Development team and other business partners within MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I).

Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings relating to orientation, professional development, and team building on a regular basis, ranging from weekly to daily, depending on the needs of CE&I.
Work with the Instructional Design team to develop orientation and training materials, job aids, learning maps, and other dynamic and interactive learning solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programming including learning outcomes and employee satisfaction; utilize data to continuously improve and enhance programs.
Coordinate program/session logistics with the Learning & Leadership Development team, including materials, room setup, and catering.
Maintain records and data of all partnering and development sessions and programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, adult learning, communications, business, or a related field, or an associate’s degree with 3 years of experience in training or related activities.
Experience facilitating, designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating technical and non‑technical training course materials, orientation, functional, and soft‑skills training.
Personality/Leadership Assessments certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and maintain a Zero Injury approach.
Advanced skills in Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet; ability to be trained in other systems.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
Ability to adapt to a variety of training audiences.
Ability to maintain records and documentation.
Ability to travel 10–20 % when needed.
Working Environment:
When visiting jobsites, exposure to hazards or physical risks requiring basic safety precautions.
Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
