Role: Project Manager (Microsoft 365)

Immediate. Pay: $50/hr on w2 Job Summary: The IT Project Manager will lead the planning execution and delivery of M365 and Exchange migration and transformation initiatives This role combines strong project management expertise with hands on experience in Microsoft 365 technologies and the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams Years of experience needed 6 to 10 years Technical Skills Project Management 40 percent Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations for M365 initiatives Lead end to end project delivery through initiation planning execution monitoring and closure Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery Coordinate with cross functional teams vendors and support partners to maintain adherence to project goals Track milestones and performance metrics to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope Technical Expertise M365 and Exchange 40 percent
Oversee implementation migration and adoption of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Teams and OneDrive Collaborate with architects and engineers to align technical solutions with business needs Manage troubleshooting and issue resolution related to M365 environment and integration points Ensure governance security and compliance standards are applied consistently across M365 services Support user adoption and continuous improvement of M365 features and capabilities Stakeholder Management and Communication 20 percent
Act as the main point of contact for project communication between IT business stakeholders and vendors Prepare and deliver executive level updates progress reports and dashboards Facilitate stakeholder alignment through effective meeting management expectation setting and conflict resolution Foster collaboration and transparency across teams to drive project success Management Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Azure AD compliance and administration Hands-on experience leading M365 and Exchange migrations or implementations Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or related field 5 to 8 years of experience in IT project management with proven success delivering infrastructure or cloud transformation projects Certifications Needed
PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification preferred
