What You’ll Do:
Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring profitability and performance
Lead VDC/BIM coordination and pre-fabrication initiatives
Oversee material management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Build strong client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget
Drive safety and quality control standards across all project phases
Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management experience with an Electrical Contractor
Strong background in healthcare construction (essential)
Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and team performance
Experience with change order pricing, billings, and financial software
BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred
Spectrum software experience a plus
