About The Role Senior Strategy & Operations are seeking a senior manager to lead revenue operations within our Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations practice. Your responsibilities will span strategic partnership with the COO, operational leadership, and managing cross‑functional client projects across Asana, Harvest, CRM/MAP platforms, and multi‑channel revenue workflows.
Key Competencies
3–5+ years of client‑facing RevOps, Marketing Ops, or program management experience.
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, own client relationships, and execute complex projects.
Advanced proficiency in Asana project management, Harvest tracking, analytics, and lifecycle operations.
Deep expertise in RevOps/MarOps platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
Strong procedural and technical fluency across the RevOps ecosystem.
Data‑driven mindset, proactive ownership, and excellent communication with director‑level stakeholders.
What You Offer
Managed teams for a minimum of 2–3 years and at least 5 years of operations experience.
Demonstrated project‑workflow management and structured execution plans in Asana or similar tools.
Strong fluency with Harvest or other time‑tracking tools.
Deep expertise in at least one RevOps/MarOps platform.
Rapid learning and adaptability to new tools and architectures.
Ability to prioritize multiple client relationships as a primary or secondary point of contact.
Experience conducting audits, reviews, and technical diagnostics related to revenue and marketing operations.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration to surface cross‑sell opportunities.
Excellent communication skills and influence capability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Team Management & Internal Operations
Manage internal team workflows, performance, and prioritization; ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Build and maintain Asana project plans, workflows, and task assignments.
Conduct Harvest project setups, monitor time allocation, and review to ensure project accuracy and profitability.
Lead weekly internal and client‑facing leadership syncs, surfacing blockers, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Client Ownership & Strategic Support
Own key client relationships as primary or secondary point of contact, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Support client work when needed—troubleshooting, direct execution of RevOps deliverables.
Support audits across CRM/MAP environments, tracking, lead flow, lifecycle automation, and reporting infrastructure.
Translate technical insights into actionable, business‑focused recommendations delivered via email, Slack, Zoom, and presentations.
Collaborate closely with Account Strategists/Directors to surface expansion opportunities.
Execution & Technical Delivery
Clients experience greater operational clarity, improved reporting accuracy, and stronger RevOps performance—reflected in NPS, retention, and renewals.
Identify cross‑sell opportunities and help expand client accounts through proactive RevOps roadmapping.
Run your book of business efficiently, creating conditions for additional team members.
Mentor emerging team members, sharing playbooks, processes, and best practices.
Here’s What Success Looks Like
Effectively audit, scope, and provide guidance on RevOps projects and retainers.
Grow client accounts through strategic RevOps roadmapping and collaboration.
Improve client data accuracy, cleaner reporting, and better revenue insights.
Scale to support hiring additional team members for client load.
Mentor new hires, sharing technical processes.
