Job Overview
Reuben’s Brews is seeking a reliable, motivated team member to support our delivery and warehouse operations at our Seattle (Ballard) production facility. The role is full‑time Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend coverage for staff vacations or unplanned absences. Responsibilities
Build daily orders for taprooms. Deliver kegs and cases to taprooms, placing them in designated coolers or storage areas. Collect returns of empty kegs, case trays, and other items. Transfer items and post invoices in Ekos brewery management software. Communicate order exceptions (OOS, back‑in‑stock dates, alternatives) with taproom leads. Perform additional duties as needed, including keg washing and other production or warehouse tasks. Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift/move full half‑barrel kegs (up to 165 lbs) with a hand truck. Must operate a forklift (training and certification provided). Comfortable with physical labor: standing, lifting, loading/unloading. Basic computer skills; experience with Ekos is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented. What We Look For
