Pay Rate:
$32.40/hr

Pinellas Park, FL
Schedule:
1st Shift - 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM (there could some flexibility in the start time as it could be 7am)
Work Setup:
Onsite Training (first 2-4 weeks required) then, Hybrid after training (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Employment Type:
Contract, 6 months
Typical Day
Review and approve duty invoices for accuracy
Prepare detailed entry summaries for third‑party brokers
Perform reconciliations and support monthly finance reporting
Assist with duty cross‑charging to corporate headquarters
Support year‑end deliveries and working capital objectives
Provide documentation for quarterly audits
Serve as backup support for other compliance team functions
Ensure adherence to U.S. Customs regulations, CTPAT standards, and ACE portal accuracy
Coordinate compliance activities with the parent company
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in U.S. import & logistics
Strong knowledge of U.S. import regulations and international freight management
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
