Partner Success Associate Principal As a Partner Success Associate Principal, you’ll be the face and voice of Via for our partners both internally and externally. You’ll build genuine, durable customer relationships while converting these relationships into long‑term revenue growth opportunities. You will serve as our partners’ trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational, go‑to‑market, and product‑related issues. Simultaneously, you will champion new products and capabilities to expand each partner’s service size and scope.
What You’ll Do
Own the success of advanced transportation systems in our partner’s cities, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to our partners, helping to convert their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities for Via
Build deep, trusting, long‑term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for service growth and revenue generation
Analyze daily, weekly, and long‑term service performance data to provide partners with actionable recommendations that improve their services’ quality, efficiency, and growth
Negotiate multi‑year, highly complex contract renewals and service expansions to increase year‑on‑year revenue from each partnership
Who You Are
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client‑facing roles (e.g., consulting, consultative customer success, or high‑growth company success)
Entrepreneurial relationship builder who remains calm and collected when faced with highly complex, politically sensitive situations
Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and synthesizing raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
Reliable, motivated self‑starter with a growth mentality who thrives in fast‑paced environments and in roles requiring a high degree of responsibility
Excellent team player; you’re a meaningful individual contributor and a mentor to others on your team, viewing successes as a team effort and enjoying collaboration
Compensation and Benefits
Final salary determined by candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills; reflected salary does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000
