What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors
Negotiate contracts to protect the company's interests and maximize value
Monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met
Identify and mitigate potential vendor risks
Develop and implement improvements to vendor management processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance or a related fieldCertification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) preferred
Strong knowledge of vendor management and contract management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in cost reduction techniques and financial management
Familiarity with KPI tracking and process improvement
