What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors

Negotiate contracts to safeguard the company’s interests and maximize value

Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendors

Prepare and present reports on vendor performance to relevant stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

6 months to 1 year of related experience in vendor management or a similar role

Knowledge of the insurance industry and procurement processes

Strong attention to detail and effective decision‑making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP)

Experience with contract management and KPI tracking

Familiarity with cost reduction techniques and financial management

Background in process improvement and training development

Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to market trends
