What’s a Day in the Life of a Shift Leader Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching as needed, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. Shift Leaders maintain quality food and beverage standards, keep the environment safe and clean, and help grow their careers by serving as a pathway to General Manager positions.

What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends
Must pass a background check per local, state, and federal law
Must possess or be able to obtain a ServSafe certification prior to completing leadership training
Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations; must meet driving qualifications per company policy
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility depends on position guidelines at hire
