Responsibilities As a Shift Leader, you will partner with the General Manager to elevate team morale, coach staff, and ensure the quality and safety of food and beverages. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and oversee a clean, welcoming environment. Your leadership will directly influence guest satisfaction and provide a foundation for long‑term career advancement.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work varied early hours (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends
Pass background check as required by local, state, and federal law
ServSafe certification prior to leadership training
Valid state driver’s license preferred (required at specific locations)
Tip eligibility adheres to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at hire
