LPN Night Supervisor 2:30 pm–10:30 pm, Full‑time | Flexible schedule required.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations to ensure residents’ needs are met.
Provide hands‑on nursing care on the floor 4 days per week and perform administrative and leadership duties 1 day per week.
Collaborate with the Health & Wellness Director to assess and respond to changes in residents’ healthcare needs.
Promote a culture of quality care, respect, and dignity for all residents.
Support staff training, mentorship, and compliance with health regulations.
Maintain flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the community.
Rotate on call every other week.
Qualifications
Valid LPN or LVN license.
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Education sufficient to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
