Job Summary We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Business Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our business clients. This role involves supporting client inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across all interactions. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience managing business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand and communicate company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
Process orders, returns, or changes in service as needed.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to meet customer needs.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the commercial printing industry.
Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
