What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own the Rounds+ product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs
Prioritize features and design solutions in collaboration with engineering teams
Conduct ongoing product discovery through customer interviews and feedback loops
Expand Rounds+ to deliver additional value for nurse leaders and other user types
Measure adoption, engagement, and customer value to guide product improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 4 years of product management experience
Strong product discovery skills with the ability to engage directly with users
Experience in building or scaling workflow‑driven products
Ability to balance discovery, delivery, and prioritization effectively
Excellent communication skills and strong cross‑functional collaboration abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory
Familiarity with user‑centered design processes and methodologies
