This role oversees and coordinates related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Essential Responsibilities

Scope: Manage program responsibilities focused on internal information system projects and non‑technical initiatives from initiation through delivery. Organize daily activities based on organizational goals. Develop and implement new programs that support objectives. Monitor projects and oversee project managers. Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses. Develop program budgets and plans. Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals. Improve strategies with the marketing team. Expected Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications

Annual Sales Planning Program Management

Coordinate planning activities across RevOps, Finance, HR, Sales Leadership, and Analytics. Develop and maintain playbooks, communication plans, and standardized templates. Ensure planning deliverables—segmentation, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling—are executed on time and to a high standard. Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions and steering‑committee updates. Sales Governance & Policy Development

Define, draft, and maintain sales governance policies that support consistent and compliant sales planning processes. Establish clear guidelines for segmentation changes, territory movements, quota adjustments, exception handling, and change‑management protocols. Partner with Legal, HR, and Sales Leadership to ensure policies align with regulatory, compensation, and organizational requirements. Own documentation for governance frameworks and drive adoption across global and regional teams. Sales Technology Enablement

Serve as the primary liaison between the annual planning team and the sales technology organization. Translate process and governance requirements into functional specifications for SFDC, BEAM, and other internal tools. Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of planning‑related system enhancements. Ensure system readiness for major milestones, including segmentation loads, territory assignments, and quota deployment. Partner with the sales technology team to identify automation and optimization opportunities within the planning tech stack. Program Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide transparency into planning progress, risks, and dependencies. Create executive‑level summaries for planning health, governance adherence, and system readiness. Partner with BI/Analytics teams to ensure alignment on data sources and metrics. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus. 5+ years of experience in program management, revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy roles. Experience writing or maintaining operational governance policies. Hands‑on experience collaborating with Salesforce, BEAM, or similar CRM/sales planning tools. Excellent communication and cross‑functional facilitation skills. Ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience in high‑growth or matrixed organizations preferred. Key Competencies
