Position Summary A Shift Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team by driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. The Shift Supervisor leads staff when the Manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, ensuring smooth operations and completion of all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions

Work effectively with store management and store crews.

Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.

Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.

Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).

Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute the displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.

Execute the display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise and reset departments following POGs.

Required Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.

Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and respond to urgent issues at the store.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a retail supervisor.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).

Time Type Part time

Pay Range $17.00 – $26.00 per hour (base hourly rate; actual base salary depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors).
