What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary on-site contact for equipment coordination during large-scale live events
Manage logistics and service for up to 300+ pieces of equipment, ensuring proper working conditions
Conduct site visits and advance assessments to ensure logistical feasibility and readiness
Lead on-site safety protocols and troubleshoot technical or logistical issues during events
Maintain accurate event documentation and communicate real-time updates to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of proven experience managing on-site production for live events, concerts, or similar
Strong understanding of event logistics and site operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read technical drawings
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules
CPR/First Aid certification and OSHA 30 certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in the equipment rental industry
Familiarity with Sunbelt systems
Valid driver’s license and passport strongly encouraged
