In this on‑site role in Port Washington, NY, you will coordinate international and domestic transportation moves, provide reporting and visibility into freight spend, and ensure proper freight payment to carriers.

Responsibilities

Track and facilitate shipping orders for the Americas, manage freight payments, and help establish rules/standard work to improve processes.

Coordinate and provide rate quotes for expedited and oversized moves and analyze transportation reports to find opportunities for service and cost improvements.

Provide corrective and preventive actions for transportation service issues; ensure shipping instructions in SAP comply with corporate routing guides; track progress on freight recovery from customers; and provide visibility into requests for service upgrades/premium freight.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Import/Export.

Knowledgeable regarding import/export/domestic shipping and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and SAP; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Travel & Physical Requirements

Occasional travel – 2–4 visits annually to other Pall sites or vendors.

Preferred Additional Experience

Claims management knowledge is preferable.

Experience with Customs import filings and Export Documentation.

Compensation The hourly range for this role is $32.00–$35.00. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
