We seek a dedicated and strategic Office Manager to lead and oversee our office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment that supports our mission and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all office management functions

Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Supervise and support office staff, including reception and venue operations

Oversee vendor and contract administration, ensuring compliance and cost‑effectiveness

Manage lease agreements and related facilities management activities

Oversee the Welcome Center reception, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment

Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and equipment maintenance

Support organizational events and meetings as needed

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety standards, and confidentiality protocols

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Proven experience in office management, preferably within a non‑profit or healthcare setting

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in office management software and tools

Ability to handle vendor relations and contract negotiations

Knowledge of facilities management and lease administration
