Salary Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
Oversee material planning, scheduling, and procurement activities to ensure timely availability for production.
Lead demand forecasting and S&OP processes to align material supply with production requirements.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost-effectiveness of materials.
Implement and maintain robust MRP/ERP systems for accurate material tracking and data analysis.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material flow, warehouse operations, and logistics.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turns, material availability, and supplier performance.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in materials management or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for inventory management, procurement, and production planning.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, demand forecasting, and production scheduling.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with global supply chain management and international logistics.
Familiarity with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
