Bring deep warehouse and operations experience with lean, visual management, standard work, and tiered daily management. Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost using A3, PDCA, and verified effectiveness checks. Turn cross‑functional issues into clear owners, due dates, and countermeasures, and report status. Build and lead comprehensive SOPs for operation team. Oversee Quality Assurance operations (QC, Customer Service, Technical Repair). Maintain facility maintenance for safe environment. Run disciplined demo program with check‑in/out, refurbishment, availability, event readiness. Manage product lifecycle, reduce excess, slow moving, refurbished inventory; work with Purchasing. Improve system configuration and data integrity in ERP and WMS; experience visual boards, dashboards. Oversee warehousing functions: receiving, put‑away, inventory control, picking, shipping, and logistics. Manage outbound freight performance, costs, carrier relationships; manage RMA logistics and spare parts inventory; optimize demo inventory pools. Run freight forwarder RFQs, select carriers, own freight damage loss claims, freight audit and pay, integrate workflows with ERP and WMS. Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and followership; set goals and development plans. Provide coaching, feedback, support for career growth. Lead by example with positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Make data‑driven tradeoffs balancing service, cost, risk. Manage operating and headcount budgets; partner with Finance on monthly variance reviews, forecasting, accruals. Manage freight and expense budget; use RFQs and performance data to select carriers and vendors, drive savings. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations and warehouse management, preferably in a distribution, service, or technical support environment. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management or Engineering. Experience creating and implementing SOPs to improve operational performance. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and quality control. Excellent communication, decision making, and organizational skills. Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics. Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems. OSHA 30 and IATA/DOT DG experience; experience with tradeshow/demo inventory preferred. Physical Demands
Hands to fingers, reach, talk or hear. Sit, stand, walk. Lift up to ten pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds. Working Conditions
