Job Title Concierge Associate

Reporting To Concierge Manager
Position Summary Powder Haven, Powder Mountain’s exclusive private community is seeking a Concierge Associate to join our team of dedicated guest-oriented Big-Hearted Champions. This role is critical to deliver our elevated guest experience. Professional communication and collaboration with Real Estate, Powder Haven Property Management (PHPM), Membership, and resort teams is required.
Job Performance Expectations
Act as an Ambassador of Powder Haven, specific to Real Estate, PHPM and Membership Departments.
Exude a "5-star" customer service mind set and crafted professionalism at all times.
Address Neighbors and Guests concerns in a timely manner with the guidance of upper management
Arrange/perform for deliveries with FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Daily parcel gathering at Eden Post Office, and deliverance to Skylodge Mail Hut.
Perform daily tasks as requested by guests, i.e., grocery shop and delivery, specific guest requests, special deliveries.
Dedication to quick response time and detailed execution of request and follow up.
Respond and maintain the Powder Haven concierge email inbox, Hubspot Service Hub, and Concierge Chat in a timely manner
Receive and print Winter Lift Ticket requests during the Winter Season and ensure waivers are signed upon pick up
Receive and respond to lesson bookings from members, making sure all requests are sent to the Membership Ski School Manager
Receive and input all gear rental requests from members and make sure all requests are sent to the Skylodge retail team
Receive and input event requests from members into the Powder Haven App.
Being well versed in resort amenities, dining options, activities, and special events
Strong understanding of local attractions, dining options, excursions, entertainment, cultural experiences.
Assisting with making reservations both on and off the resort
Securing transportation needs
Managing booking changes or cancellations as needed, ensuring all arrangements meet member and guest expectations.
Assist with F&B operations at the member lodge (Skylodge). Duties range from taking dinner reservations via Toast, act as the hosts at the front desk for dinner service, organize menus, etc.
Process transactions for member guests on the TEI pos (lessons, gear rentals, etc)
Serve as the front desk host, providing a warm welcome to members and delivering exceptional customer service to foster lasting community relationships.
Possess strong problem solving, ability to multi-task, work with little guidance at time, and demonstrate leadership.
Work with our project management tools, such as Asana and Hubspot Service Hub
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or associate’ Degree – preferred
High school diploma or GED - required
Food Handlers Permit
21 years of age- required
Clean driving record- required
Must be able to pass a Background Check
Able to work - weekdays/weekends, holidays, and nights
Basic computer proficiency with excellent communication - written and in person.
Maintain a professional and polished appearance.
Desire to work at both Powder Mountain and Powder Haven resorts in inclement weather and at peak season.
Physical Requirements Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:
Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (40+lbs)
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain
Climb/descend stairs/ladders
Working Environment Must be willing to work inside and outdoors intermittently throughout the seasons - including periods of time outside during inclement weather, and shifts outside during events in the summer. Must be willing to work in spaces that become crowded/noisy during peak hours.
