Position Overview: Powder Haven, Powder Mountain’s exclusive private community is seeking a Concierge Manager to join our team of dedicated guest oriented Big-Hearted Champions. This role is critical to deliver our elevated guest experience. Professional communication and collaboration with Real Estate, Powder Stays and Membership teams is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the entirety of concierge services for Powder Haven, Powder Mountain's private community.
Oversees the overall success of the concierge program including; promotion, gathering feedback and creating solutions for perfection.
Oversees hiring, training, and scheduling of associate team.
Manages guidance, reviews, career growth and discipline of the concierge team.
Manages concierge departments budget and proposals.
Monitors KPS and will create data articulation to upper management reporting on success' and room for improvement.
Bring creativity to the role and offer ways to keep the Powder Haven experience unique.
Is an ambassador of Powder Haven Membership and Real Estate Departments, exuding a 5-star customer service skill.
Address Neighbors and Guests concerns in a timely manner, proactive and eager approach.
Mitigates escalated guest requests.
Lead team meetings, create goal plans, and collaborate with other teams for Powder Haven success.
Ensure the concierge team is successfully filling the guest requests in a timely manner: i.e., grocery and mail delivery.
Will respect the privacy of Powder Haven members and their guests.
Dedication to responding to inquiries within 1 hour and following up on completion of request.
Possess strong problem solving and leadership abilities.
Requirements and/or Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree - preferred
High school diploma or GED – required.
21+ years
Professional interest in Real Estate and Concierge Services.
3-5 years’ experience leading in a guest facing hospitality role.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance.
Will be expected to work at multiple locations within the Powder Mountain Resort.
Clean driving record
Must be able to pass a Background Check
Ability to work a flexible work schedule- weekdays/weekends, holidays, and nights.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Physical Requirements:
Full range of body movements
Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (40+lbs)
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain
Working Environment:
Work environment will vary depending on need, including but not limited to:
Office settings
Mountain top buildings with occasional exposure to cold temperatures
Outdoor environments in summer months
Busy, occasionally noisy lodge spaces
