Location: Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota, United States.

Position Summary To support travel‑pay operations within AFIMSC/FMFK at Ellsworth AFB, SD, we are seeking an onsite Project Manager.
Experience
Minimum of one year experience within the past five years managing a staff of 18+ personnel in a production‑based environment.
Certifications / Licenses / Credentials Manager or supervisory training certification.
Basic Skills / Requirements
Address subordinates’ concerns and follow up with appropriate actions to correct morale in the workplace.
Communicate and enforce policies, procedures, mission objectives and organization design to eliminate concerns or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or respond to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements.
Ensure successful completion of required training and testing by all contractor personnel.
Administer disciplinary measures such as warnings, reprimands, terminations, and cultivate a work environment free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Duties
Serve as the focal point for all contractor personnel actions.
Identify and coordinate with AFIMSC/FMFK leadership on training needs of contractor personnel.
Make decisions on conduct and/or complaints presented by peers and AFIMSC/FMFK supervisors.
Collaborate with AFIMSC/FMFK Leadership and manage personnel functional efforts.
Serve as the liaison between contractor personnel and the AFIMSC/FMFK Security Manager concerning all security clearance actions.
Ensure all performance thresholds and requirements of the performance work statement are met.
