Delivery Driver/ Customer Service Representative at Domino’s. Responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, using proprietary technology, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, maintaining cleanliness, and ongoing training.
Essential Functions / Skills
Operate all equipment and use proprietary technology.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work areas.
Prepare all products and ensure portion consistency.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Assist with ongoing on‑the‑job training for new products.
Provide good verbal communication with customers and co‑workers.
Perform quick and accurate arithmetic for monetary change.
Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
Demonstrate motor coordination and eye–hand coordination for precise movements.
Work Conditions
Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
Temperature ranges from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+ inside work areas.
Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Exposure to hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F.
Exposure to sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Need to see, hear, and differentiate hot/cold surfaces at a distance.
Standing for long periods and walking short distances, including between store and vehicle.
Lifting up to 50 lb cases and stacking up to 72 in high.
Carrying items up to 30 lb and carrying trays up to 12 lb each.
Driving within designated delivery area multiple times per shift.
Operating dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, and navigating stairs during delivery.
Reach above 72 in, bend and squat during stocking and cleaning tasks.
Hands used continuously for various tasks, including manipulating pizza dough, cutting, and packaging.
Technology Use Domino’s Driver app, Digital Shoulder Surf (DSS), and Car Side Delivery system.
