Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant
to support a busy and collaborative team of attorneys in its Dallas office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage legal communications and coordinate court filings (state of Texas e-filing required)
Maintain attorney calendars—scheduling depositions, hearings, client meetings, and deadlines
Draft, format, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Prepare hearing, trial, and deposition notebooks, including exhibits
Organize legal files and ensure strict confidentiality
Support trial preparation and coordinate with other support staff as needed
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of defense litigation experience (product liability or tort preferred)
Must be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and tech‑savvy
Positive, can‑do attitude—someone who enjoys working in a team‑driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
Experience with document management systems (iManage, Aderant a plus)
Must have Texas e‑filing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
