Finson Road, an NFI North residential program serving older adults living with long‑term mental illness, has an immediate opening for the position of Shift Supervisor. This is a Wednesday–Saturday position with the scheduled hours of 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Responsibilities
Direct care and administrative duties.
Formal supervision of Direct Care Counselors on a bi‑weekly schedule.
Assume and delegate responsibilities as needed.
Decision‑making and exercising strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent experience.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise solid decision‑making skills.
Flexible, energetic, creative and a desire to be part of a team.
