Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, particularly in the realms of commercial construction and luxury homes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in construction practices.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for project completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial construction and luxury homes.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
