What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Champion the entire product lifecycle from feature ideation to successful launch using agile methodologies
Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on value and feasibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business operations, engineering, and design
Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and address needs effectively
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success post-launch and iterate based on insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in the US healthcare industry, specifically in healthcare payment analytics or payment integrity
1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry
Basic understanding of healthcare compliance, auditing processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proficient in agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience with SQL queries and familiarity with data visualization tools like MS Power BI and Tableau
Knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to healthcare audit products, such as machine learning and AI
Experience with Python, Spark, Hadoop, and similar big data technologies
Familiarity with automation and product management tools, including Jira Align
