Dearborn, MI(Hybrid) . You will support global PC Renewal and asset management initiatives by improving ServiceNow workflows and enhancing user experience. Rate Range:
$55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Business Intelligence Specialist job responsibilities include:
Assist in improving PC Renewal and asset management processes through ServiceNow enhancements and workflow optimization. Collaborate with the Service Management and User Experience team to support global customers and deliver high-quality solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow configurations to improve service offerings. Monitor and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports to ensure accurate asset tracking and renewal processes. Provide insights using business intelligence and analytics tools to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency within ServiceNow. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT service management or asset management roles. Strong expertise in ServiceNow workflows and configurations for asset management and PC renewal processes.
