Base pay range: $190,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
Reporting directly to senior operational leadership, this is a hands‑on, influential role responsible for managing day‑to‑day activities across several integrated production areas. The Operations Manager will play a central role in driving performance, ensuring operational discipline, elevating safety standards, and maintaining reliability across a 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing superintendents, shift supervisors, and frontline staff across multiple production units
Executing short‑ and long‑range production plans to achieve consistent, reliable output
Working closely with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot process challenges and lead investigations into performance deviations or downtime
Supporting the introduction and ramp‑up of new equipment, technology upgrades, and operational expansion initiatives
Driving plant‑wide continuous improvement through better systems, processes, coordination, and workflow
Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of operations management experience within a complex manufacturing or industrial environment. A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or a related engineering discipline is advantageous, as is experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
