Description
Outpatient Clinician Licensed (40 hours weekly – 32 hours in Berlin, 8 hours in Camden) reports to Program Director. Salary is $42–$46 per session for LAC/LSW and $46–$51 per session for LPC/LCSW, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or another recognized mental health discipline.
Three years of experience working in mental health, case management, youth services, or another transferable field.
LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW required.
Active engagement in continuing education to further professional development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and management of patients through individual, family, and group therapy; develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform case management activities for all clients in the caseload.
Complete comprehensive intake assessments and other diagnostic tools.
Serve in an active leadership role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, offering clinical information and updates to support optimal care.
Accurately document patient progress in the clinical record.
Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical rounds, monthly in‑services, and program staff meetings.
Act as liaison between the child/family and external organizations, represent the program professionally, and participate on committees and forums as appropriate.
Advocate for clients whose needs are not met by available programs or a specific agency.
Maintain familiarity with community professional and self‑help resources and assist clients in accessing these services.
Provide supervision to student interns, if applicable.
Cover absences, vacations, and other day‑to‑day operations of the program.
Participate in weekly clinical supervision with the Assistant Director of Clinical Services.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards required by state and federal statutes.
