Responsibilities
Providing individual, family, and group therapy
Developing treatment plans, case management, and conducting assessments
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Acting as a liaison to external organizations, advocating for clients, and supervising interns if applicable
Maintaining confidentiality, adhering to ethical standards, and participating in supervision, meetings, and community resources
Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related mental health field and at least three years of relevant experience
Must hold LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW credentials and engage in ongoing professional development
This role reports to the Program Director and emphasizes independent work within a diverse team environment.
