Short-Term Rental (STR) Business Developer – Grand County
We are seeking a charismatic, results-driven
STR Business Developer
to help grow and expand a portfolio of high-performing luxury short-term rental properties in
Grand County . This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who understands real estate, hospitality, and the local market—and thrives on building partnerships that drive long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and connector who can develop and nurture relationships with
realtors, developers, property owners, and local businesses
to expand our presence and elevate our brand.
This position is
salary + performance-based bonus .
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and secure new luxury STR opportunities in Grand County
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and brokers, developers and investors, property owners, and local businesses and community partners
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at networking events, meetings, and community functions
Educate property owners on STR performance, revenue potential, and management strategies
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
Track leads, partnerships, and performance metrics to support growth goals
Stay informed on local market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, real estate, hospitality, or short-term rentals
Strong local knowledge of
Grand County
preferred
Charismatic, confident, and relationship-driven personality
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline
Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
Passion for luxury hospitality and creating win-win partnerships
