Manager to join our growing team.

An active Arizona Real Estate License is required. Please do not apply unless you currently hold one.

This role is focused on generating and closing new business accounts for property management across multiple markets. The right candidate thrives on building relationships, chasing opportunities, and closing deals. Youll need grit, resilience, and a passion for sales.

Compensation

Base salary: $60,000 per year

Uncapped commissions - your earning potential is in your hands

Travel This position requires travel to Tucson, Prescott Valley, and surrounding areas , in addition to the Phoenix Valley.

About Us Rosenbaum Realty Group is a family-owned and rapidly growing property management company . We specialize in investment properties, multifamily, and single-family property management. Today, we manage over 500 units valley-wide , with a strong presence in Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, Apache Junction, Tucson, and Prescott Valley. Our mission is built on teamwork, integrity, growth, and service , and we are looking for sales professionals who share these values.

Responsibilities

Prospect, network, and develop new property management accounts

Drive portfolio growth by converting leads and signing new property owners into management contracts.

Contact and follow up with incoming leads

Run rental comparisons and market analysis

Build, nurture, and maintain partnerships with Realtors and referral sources

Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

3-5 years of proven sales and business development experience (real estate industry preferred)

Track record of hunting and closing new business

Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of local/regional real estate markets and trends

Base salary + unlimited commission potential

Qualified applicants will receive a text/email invitation to complete a short assessment.

Upon completion, candidates will be scheduled for a 20-30 minute Zoom/video interview.

Finalists will then be invited to our office for an in-person interview.
