Overview
First Watch Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for supervising both kitchen operations and the overall dining experience. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy mornings, caring for both customers and employees, and who thrive in a culture that prioritizes people over shift hours.

Responsibilities
Learn and support the You First culture and core values.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet high standards.
Follow the restaurant’s recipes and quality guidelines.
Achieve and exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals.
Coach the team on the Five Steps of Service at every table.
Apply the 10 Commitments and act on them.
Respond urgently to customer and employee concerns.
Own repair and maintenance issues.
Maintain food safety certification and provide food‑handling education.
Recruit and interview candidates for open positions.
Protect company assets: POS, security systems, equipment, and computers.
Understand every position’s key responsibilities and intervene in inappropriate behavior.
Train, coach, and develop team members daily.
Recognize outstanding performance.
Account for all daily revenues and deposits.
Complete administrative duties and submit required paperwork on time.
