Salary Range:
$90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Oversee all repair, installation, and troubleshooting activities to minimize production downtime.
Manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory and capital expenditures.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and support manufacturing goals.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Excellent understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices (e.g., OSHA, LOTO).
Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration or implementation.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
Project management experience for capital equipment upgrades or new installations.
