Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Direct and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Lead, train, and mentor production teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies across all manufacturing processes.
Manage operational budgets, analyze production costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
Develop and execute production schedules, coordinating with supply chain and logistics to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for production equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules, optimize processes, and ensure quality standards.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI)
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) beyond basic user level
