Key Responsibilities

Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, R&D) to support operational goals.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC).
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and quality management systems.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with PLC programming, SCADA, or DCS systems
Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC)
Experience with specific industry regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, AS9100)
