Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement strategies, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED).
Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, fostering employee engagement and problem-solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of improvement projects.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Green Belt minimum with demonstrated progression).
Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams on Lean principles and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
Master Black Belt (MBB) certification.
Experience with financial modeling and cost accounting related to improvement projects.
Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for complex data analysis.
Demonstrated experience leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI) for process optimization.
