Economic Development Coordinator VISTA

The Economic Development Coordinator VISTA will develop and implement soft‑skills training programs for low‑income high school students, building community partnerships to promote youth employability and address poverty in Mississippi.
Member Duties
Design, develop, and deliver training materials on leadership, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, time management, and project management.
Build and maintain relationships with community volunteers, local organizations, and educational institutions to support program implementation.
Collect and analyze data on program participation and outcomes, providing regular reports to site leadership.
Assist in promoting program visibility through outreach events and youth engagement activities.
