What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Deliver customized product demonstrations for SafeSend and SurePrep solutions to showcase their value

Collaborate with sales teams to advance sales cycles and support post‑sale product adoption

Address technical questions and conduct workflow analysis for prospects and customers

Provide insights to product development teams based on customer feedback and competitive analysis

Support internal training efforts and assist in creating client‑facing content

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience in the public accounting or tax software industry

Strong presentation skills with effective written and verbal communication

Proven ability to influence and build relationships across functions

Technical aptitude with cloud‑based solutions and workflow automation

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
