What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored demos

Architect AI‑driven solutions that translate complex technologies into business‑focused narratives

Own the technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals

Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategies

Measure and optimize impact using analytics to demonstrate ROI and drive continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, or enterprise software environments

Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept

Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in customer experience

Strong analytical and storytelling abilities, with excellent communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, ChatGPT, NLP, and automation frameworks

Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, ITSM, Business Intelligence, or Integration & Middleware

Willingness to travel as required for the role

Demonstrated ability to connect technical capabilities to strategic business impact
