Conduct thorough technical and business discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored demonstrations Architect AI-driven customer experience and employee service solutions that align with business objectives Manage the technical strategy throughout the sales cycle, ensuring solutions meet customer goals and compliance standards Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with the product roadmap and influence future innovations Measure and optimize impact using analytics to demonstrate ROI and inform continuous improvement What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments Proven ability to design and execute customer pilots and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in customer experience Strong analytical and storytelling abilities, connecting technical capabilities to strategic business impact Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
