What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead technical and business discovery sessions to address customer challenges and perform AI readiness assessments

Design and architect AI‑driven customer experience solutions tailored to specific business needs

Drive technical strategy through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals and compliance standards

Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence product development and ensure a unified go‑to‑market strategy

Utilize analytics to measure impact and optimize customer experience solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments

Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept

Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in customer experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business impact

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, ChatGPT, and NLP

Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, or Business Intelligence

Graduate degree or equivalent work experience

Ability to travel as required
